Do you do customs?
I offer some stone and ring size options on a few items. If you see a piece of mine that you would like recreated, get in touch! I might be able to make something similar for you!
How do I care for my jewelry?
All sterling silver will eventually show some tarnish, but it can polished up again with the blue polish cloth I include with most orders. It is a good idea to remove jewelry before washing hands or showering, and I do not recommend wearing items in the pool or hot tub. Some stones like opal are soft and require a bit of thoughtfulness in wear.
What is your jewelry made of?
I use only fine and sterling silver with the occasional gold plated flourish. I create with ethically sourced stones and use recycled silver when possible. All of my gems are untreated and naturally beautiful.
Do you offer returns if I change my mind?
I will accept a return on an unworn item within 14 days of arrival. Buyer to incur charges for return shipping.
Where did you learn to metalsmith?
A variety of online and written sources, but I am planning to write a mini blog about this with some links, just in case you are interested in learning too!
Do you do repairs?
Not at this time, but I bet there is a jeweller in your neighbourhood that does!
